Who this policy covers
Savi is a brand of Greentech Agency Inc. This policy describes personal information handled through the Savi website and related product, distributor, classroom, quote, and support inquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email support@greentech-agency.com and address your message to the Privacy Contact.
Information you choose to share
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, organization or school, country, region or postal code, product interests, expected quantities, and message. Support and warranty correspondence may also include purchase details, product identifiers, and photographs. Please provide only information relevant to your request; do not send payment-card details, passwords, or student records.
How the inquiry forms work
The current support, distributor, and quote forms prepare a message in your email app. Completing the form does not by itself send an inquiry to Savi: you must send the prepared email. Selected files are not uploaded by the support form; attach them in your email app if needed. Once sent, the message is handled by your email provider and our business email services. This website does not offer checkout or collect payment-card information.
Why we use information
We use information you send to answer questions, prepare quotes, help you find a purchasing route, arrange requested classroom or distributor discussions, troubleshoot products, and assess warranty claims. We may keep correspondence to provide follow-up service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. An inquiry is not a subscription to promotional email. Any separate marketing subscription will explain its purpose and how to unsubscribe.
Sharing and service providers
Information needed to operate the website or respond to you may be processed by hosting, security, and email service providers. If handling your request calls for involving a distributor or service partner, we will explain the proposed referral and seek consent where required. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law. The current website does not include advertising pixels or a mechanism to sell visitor information.
Website technology and international processing
Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, access times, and error records to deliver and protect the site. The current site has no Savi-added visitor analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting platform may use cookies or similar technology for access and security, including sign-in while the site is private. Browser settings can limit cookies, although this may affect access. Hosting and email providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may permit access by authorities.
Retention and protection
We retain inquiry and support information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including applicable recordkeeping requirements and resolving claims. Information should then be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or email service can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact support@greentech-agency.com to request access to or correction of personal information we hold, ask about its use or disclosure, request deletion, or withdraw consent, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. Withdrawing consent may limit the assistance we can provide. We may need to verify your identity using only information reasonably necessary for the request. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any restriction. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia at oipc.bc.ca, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca, as applicable.
Classrooms and children
Our inquiry forms are intended for adult customers, educators, parents, and organizational representatives. Classroom resources can be read without submitting student information. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. Please do not include student names, identifiable classroom photographs, or other student records in inquiries. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
Other websites and updates
Distributors, linked websites, email services, and sign-in providers have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when using those services. We will update this page if our practices change and seek additional consent where required. The date above identifies this version.
